General Terms & Agreement

Please fill out the following form.

1. Enrollment & Registration

  • Students must complete all admissions requirements and submit the $600 registration fee before attending classes.

  • The barber kit will be dispensed by the second week of school.

2. Attendance & Conduct

  • Students must maintain 80% attendance throughout the program.

  • Professional conduct, respect, and adherence to school policies are required at all times.

  • Disruptive behavior, misconduct, or failure to comply with regulations may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.

3. Tuition & Payments

  • Total tuition for the 1000-hour program is $4,500 (excluding financial aid).

  • Students may pay in full or enroll in installment plans if applicable.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or restriction from attending classes.

4. Program Completion & Graduation

  • Students must complete all course hours, assignments, and exams to graduate.

  • Kut-N-Edge MR Barber School will provide guidance for the state board licensing exam upon graduation.

  • Certificates will be awarded only upon full completion of the program.

5. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

  • The registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Tuition refunds will be issued based on the school's official refund schedule in case of withdrawal.

  • Any withdrawal must be formally requested in writing.

6. Scholarship Program

  • Scholarships are available for eligible students who meet the outlined criteria.

  • Scholarship funds will be applied toward tuition and cannot be transferred or refunded.

7. Liability & School Policies

  • The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items on campus.

  • Students must comply with all health and safety regulations.

  • Kut-N-Edge MR Barber School reserves the right to update policies as necessary.

8. Non-Refusal Policy

  • Kut-N-Edge MR Barber School does not refuse admission or services based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or socioeconomic status.

  • All students will be given equal opportunity to participate in the program, provided they meet the admission and behavioral standards outlined in this agreement.

  • The school maintains a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, harassment, or any form of exclusionary behavior.

9. Student-Client Service Policy

  • All students are required to service clients when instructed to do so by an instructor.

  • Refusal to service a client will result in disciplinary action, following this three-step process:

    • 1. First refusal – Student will be sent home for the day.

    • 2. Second refusal – Student will be suspended for a designated period.

    • 3. Third refusal – Student will face termination from the program.

  • Exceptions may be considered for valid medical or personal emergencies, which must be documented and approved by school administration.
