1. Registration Fee
The $600 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This fee covers administrative processing and barber kit, which will be dispensed by the second week of school.
2. Tuition Refund Policy
Refunds for tuition will be issued based on the following schedule in case of withdrawal or dismissal:
Refund Schedule:
Withdrawal before the first day of class: 100% refund (excluding registration fee).
Withdrawal within the first 10% of program hours: 75% tuition refund.
Withdrawal between 11% - 25% of program hours: 50% tuition refund.
Withdrawal between 26% - 50% of program hours: 25% tuition refund.
Withdrawal after 50% of program hours: No refund available.
3. Refund Eligibility Requirements
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the official withdrawal date.
Refunds apply only to tuition costs and do not include fees for barber kits, supplies, or registration.
Students dismissed due to misconduct, attendance violations, or policy breaches are not eligible for refunds.
4. Special Circumstances
Refund exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
Medical emergency (requires official documentation).
Military deployment (requires deployment orders).
Unforeseen personal hardship (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
5. Financial Responsibility Acknowledgment
By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree to the binding refund policy, understanding that tuition payments are final after the 50% program completion mark.
