1. Purpose
Kut-N-Edge MR Barber School LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and professional learning environment. To ensure this, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding drug use, substance abuse, and smoking on campus premises.
2. Prohibited Substances & Activities
-Illegal drugs or controlled substances (possession, use, or distribution).
-Alcohol consumption on campus.
-Marijuana (even if legal in the state, use is prohibited on school grounds).
-Smoking, vaping, or tobacco use in classrooms, common areas, or training stations.
- Impairment due to drug or alcohol use while attending class or servicing clients.
3. Campus Smoking Restrictions
❌ Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and in common student areas.
❌ Designated smoking areas will be provided outside for students who choose to smoke.
❌ Students must properly dispose of cigarette butts in designated areas to maintain cleanliness.
4. Drug Testing & Disciplinary Actions
- Random drug testing may be conducted if a student is suspected of impairment.
- Refusal to submit to drug testing may result in immediate suspension.
- First offense – Formal warning and meeting with administration.
- Second offense – Suspension from the program.
- Third offense – Termination from the program.
5. Exceptions & Support Resources
- Students requiring medication must provide valid medical documentation.
-Any student seeking substance abuse assistance may request referrals to local support programs.
